Their surname was Daniels and he belonged to a jazz band. The girl's name was Lauren Daniels. The couple split up and moved away, lost touch and I'd love to see her again. After considerable detective work and sending Mum on a trip to the archives of a far flung town ( anywhere is far flung when you live in Suffolk)we have made contact with a long lost relative We now know who my Nans family were. This is my mystery: There is a field just off the M4 in Berkshire with a whole load (and I mean LOADS 20+) of white ponies in, all very small, all very pretty, all purest white I have always wondered who owns this herd of ponies, is it a rich countess? is it a mad lady who didnt get to have a white pony as a child? is it a company who supply cute white ponies for adverts or pantomimes? They don't all look like the same breed so I dont think its a breeder What is your mystery? I knowthe field, I know the ponies, and I know the answer to your mystery!! The ponies are owned by Jim Luckens and they are part of Luckens Pantomime Ponies. They are hired out when a theatre is staging Cinderella.
