buffie
Oh I've just had an email reply from a school head, I sent her an email on friday and I can't believe how it reads. She has said she will keep my details, wonder what she thinks of me I obviously typed so quickly and didn't check, it's such a mess. I said we are maunching the charter...OH DEAR ME! I can't even look at it Gone so red and hope she sees the funny side BBx
AnnieP
Send her a reply saying you have just seen how awful the spelling was and make a joke of it! I am sure she is human!
buffie
Done that Annie Oh well could be worse couldn't it. I should have said she had won a prize for understanding what it was about. BBx
The Dogmother
Don't worry Buff; I've done that too. I'm a rubbish typist and think faster than I can type, so they often come out looking like Dutch!
buffie
Nice to know it's not just me , wouldn't have minded if it looked Dutch BBx

Martin B
I got my piece of English Coursework back on Thurday. I read through it and bits didn't make sense, bad grammar etc. I couldn't believe all the silly mistakes. I still got a B though!

Sheilaz
Whilst I appreciate how you felt about the typos Buffie, this topic has made me chuckle, and I'm sure the headteacher saw the funny side. Isn't it weird how just one misplaced letter can make a word sound so different.
