I just wondered how many of you put up christmas wreaths. I make my own one for the front door and hang it up with some ribbon!

 

I like to make mine with stuff around the garden-rather than fake bits!

I use the same one I have had for about 12 years, it is very pretty, but fake, and cost about £4 from the Rag market. I think that it was value for money!

I bring the same one out year after year too. It's one I made from artificial greenery and berries and looks quite nice on the front door. I made a dough one a few years back too but it's a bit chipped and warped now which is a shame because it took me absolutely ages to make!!

Now I just have a lot of dough cat paperweights around the house

we make christmas wreths, we collect willow and make the wreths in early autumn, then I fill them with firn, holly, ivy and rose hips coler to christmas

Have a "plastic" front door - so no holes can get drilled

You could use a suction type hanger, or tie it on with some of that nylon see through cotton stuff

 

I have an over door hanger from Lakeland (mind you it wouldn't fit on a plastic door), and I can hang something on the inside as well

Might just try & make my own wreath this year & take a pair of clippers to the holly bush out front!

I have a pine cone and willow one with fake red sparkly berries on. Its lush. Might dig it out and put it up today: I'll post a picture. It would be lovely to see a picture of everyone's hanging on their front doors!
