Well as much as I have been going 'la-la-la I can't hear you' in my head ever since, when I saw some red ones for £15 today in Sports World or Sports Direct or whatever it is, I thought it wouldn't do any harm to try them on to see if they were fat-calf and fat winter hand-knitted socks applicable. And they were. And so I took them home. And I blame you entirely. All the ones that come up 'high' like a normal welly seem to be too slim for me. Have tried on all the funky ones in the shops, plus huntress wellies and all too slim. It's giving me a complex. I used to wear some tayberry ones in an 8 (I'm a 7) and they had room but they split after 6 months. It seems i may become a croc convert.!!! Should i get an 8 if I'm a 7?
