Does anybody ever feel ..... Part # 9

Recommended Posts

Facebook has a lot to answer for - Erin has her cafe up and running and is in a desperate bid to beat her teacher. Of course we are not assisting in any way shape or form - only when she isn't here of course. So I will say nighty night because she needs to sort out some burgers!

Morning all.

Well thank you Teabag - I feel all 1.gif

Although if it's like this yukky weather it can be a bit, for want of a better word, atmospheric! Rhinefield would be a good option because of the huge conifers will help to shelter you along the ornamental drive. Rhinefield House was a lovely place - I gather it is an Hotel now (sneak a peek at the gardens out the back if you can). Sway is another little tucked away village (first drove a car on a huge field there - I was 10!). And if you see a ginger pony with a very blonde mane and tail, that would be Fancy Pants's offspring. Lyndhurst is a lovely little town - lots of history there. Funnily enough I've passed through many a time, but not ever explored. And Romsey isn't far either.

Today, if it turns drier this morning I am walking with Jlo - don't tell mum!

Ooh poor Clootie. How does that work what with everyone's freezers defrosting?

Or Clootie will have to have a dinner party and we'll all help her eat her food!

Jlo and I have decided to have another rain check. It's dry at the moment, but looks iffy and we could get caught out. I thought it was brightening up in the west, but then caught a glimpse of the direction the clouds were going - and the west was the bit that we've already had. :( Never mind. Lots to do to keep us going in both homes anyway. See you later peepsies.

afternoon all! It's not raining here, just about grey and cloudy. Got soaked yesterday though when picking Dan up from school.

Made some lemon biscuits this morning with Oliver, they smell yummy, we're just about to taste test them. Then we're off to mums and babies/toddlers to play

The lemon biscuits sound gorgeous PurpleTree  Have fun in Play Group :D

Its grey and cloudy here too but the rain seems to be holding off.

I don't want to let the girls out to free-range for another hour or so yet, as only 2 have laid so far :? They seem to be getting later and later at the moment.

I have decided I want to read my book this afternoon, I can't decide whether or not to build a coal fire first, as it is rather cold here but I am trying not to put the central heating on.

if you're feeling cold, do the fire, much nicer to read when you're snuggley and warm, although I have a tendency to fall asleep if I'm too cosy. I always have a blanket over me when I read on the sofa. As you prob noticed Debs I have a big hole where the fire should be in my front room  Another thing we're saving for.

The lemon biscuits were yummy. :D I love lemon things.

Penblwydd hapus - Birthday Happy?

There is a reason why but I can't remember what...I just think it's because Welsh doesn't make sense

Am I all alone tonight?
