Does anybody feel ..... Part # 12

Recommended Posts

Maybe you should leave it a few days then

I really want to go and dig the ground for the concrete, but know I should revise instead ... only :anxious::( 2 more weeks until we can get it started :) - its probably a good thing we had snow, it meant I couldn't do it anyway

We're looking after the baby from next door ... I think (his nan) is ok, she had a massive heart attack and is in hospital. Christening is cancelled. Hope she's ok :?

Any of you guys want to enter the chicken quiz??? **Click here!**

On your quiz - I have chicken number 9 8) (not exactly the same, same breed)

I have number 11 :P

I did have 4 number 9's (the chicks)

We had an 11 and Nugget is kind of penkin'y

Have we ever seen photos of Freda's bock bocks? I don't remember any, but why did we not nag for weeks to see them?

Thanks Debs :D

Another reason to get Facebook  ... photos of JJ's hat!

I love Nugget

Did Lewis add a tiny 'a' to the end of Fred's name?

Whats a "penkin" ? :lol::angel:

That is a good point though...Frederick, pictures pleeease

Don't laugh at my hat Lewis

Shhh

A penkin ... umm, its not a spelling mistake, but a cross between a buff rock bantams + a pekin ... resulting in a penkin

It could be a pongkin?

The aroma in Debs house - mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm heaven!

Love your hat JJ. I think it's worthy of an Erin look - because I know she would love it.

We had to give Kitty a blow dry this evening. She loved it. I can tell it's not the first time she's had it done. She snuggled down on my lap while I back combed her to make sure all was dry down to the skin. Daft little bird loves the rain - and she's in there digging in the slush too. Thankfully she hadn't bathed in mud first. I would like to give her a proper bath, but I think the weather is too unpleasant just yet. The pekins feet are equally disgusting.

Erin has her car back so we went to the local Te$co for some Ben and Jerry's because she has been driving me potty. No Pfish Food there, so off to Camberley to Sainsbury's - my goodness it was busy. But we have now pigged out on ice cream and her ladyship has been snoozing on the settee while I watched Transformers. Probably dreaming of her policeman. Plus as her car hasn't been used the zip up the motorway has done it a world of good.

Murray sounds as though he has had a successful trip, going back to the show to finalise whatever it is needs doing or choosing - I actually had a nice long e-mail this time. Lesley the lady from Yorkshire (she's a lovely lady) is treating him to dinner this evening courtesy of her company - so he's even more happy.

Is that the official term or is it one that you discovered yourself and are hoping to copyright and make millions?

Its a crazy thread original ... I'm hoping to save up the money I make to buy our mansion in Wales so I can fill it with them ... plus sheep, turkeys, alpaca, micro pigs et al....

Lewis - a Penkin :?: We know you are trying to cover your mistake :shameonu: Its like when you wrote Stella on the Dancing on Ice thread

:notalk: ...

:oops::shh:

Speaking of this, someone just sent me a similar text ... not sure if I'll forum it

Lewis is making a Poet lemon tart ... smells nice

The lemon tart is lovely but very sweet  When I made it, it set me off in a lemon pudding mood, so I made lemon drizzle cakes too

Off down Grandads in a bit, then calling to Wilkies to get more foil containers, then back home for cookerytastic day 2

See you later crazy peeps :D

Lewis - feel free to PM me or text me the Dancing on ice joke

Good morning and Debs has already started with food! Then on the word association Clootie's done breakfast and my tummy is rumbling - I forgot to have breakfast. All birdies bundled out of the cube this morning - only Skye hung back until she spotted my entourage going back to the house and she flew out whingeing all the way until she caught us up. All are muddled feeding together - the odd sideways peck, but other than that they seem fine. Kitty is a little furball today. And the sun is up - all is fine. :D

It was nice, but apparently I cooked it at the wrong temperature so it was a bit 'bitty'

Will have to try again though

Thailand sounds 8) Josh! I'm sure you can cope without the forum for a few weeks - you'll just come back to nagging for photos!

Lewis thinks father should buy a bamix, we saw it on the shopping channel thing (it was that and bidup tv ... I had a bit of an obsession when we were in cornwall, about how they can make a paint roller or just a knife look amazing! :anxious: ) and he was impressed ... and we saw vitamix's at Grand designs live which were really cool and can make hot soup just using friction in the blades or ice cream.

Let us know how you get on with the milk to cream :)

Just been to have a look see if they sell the Go roosting bars separately so I can sell mine on the marketplace because the ducks don't use them ... they don't  Can't see the different coloured panels or a separate run either, so maybe they'll put them up soon :)

Do you need any tonic'y stuffs? If you're ordering anyway I'd shove in a few badges for the next meet

Just thought what Omlet don't sell which would be a really good seller .... bumper bits!

Wow, wow and more wow :o I know the Bamix blurb says you can turn skimmed milk to a cream like consistancy in seconds, but i was a little sceptical. I've just tried it and it really does! 8) I've also just made a pan of tomato soup which whizzed up in seconds :D I'm going to try the mill out later and make my own pesto type sauce to go with pasta for tonights dinner. Lewis, you have to persuade your Dad to get one
