Does anybody feel ..... Part # 12

Recommended Posts

Wow that cake looks amazing, which bit do you eat first? Can I have one of the choccie wafer things off the top? Mmmmm, thanks clootie.

It's rainy and cold and horrible here, and the ground has gone seriously muddy by the run door. I start to sink every time I open or close the door. I think it's because I've had to put the eglu on the patio, thanks to Mr Ratty, the end of the run is now where the eglu used to stand, so it's all mud and no grass. Boo! Anyone got any paving slabs they want to donate?

Need to get our run sorted first

Just phoned - "I'm busy" ... it would be quicker just to say yes or no

Need to go to B&Q to get the cement, roof, batons for the roof, fixings, wood to make a free-range door ... Doubt we'll go though

We're meant to be going to London on Sat, then fathers off to Japan on Sunday so I want to get the bits before because mother doesn't know what she's buying

I'm thinking you need a Chinook for those slabs. Oh a Puma might be able to handle it though.

Just watching Kill it, Cook it, Eat it - the chicken version :)

Interesting to watch - is no-one tempted by the dispatch + dress course on 21st feb? I think Tom's going + I may be there 'helping' again fingers%2520crossed.gif:lol:

There was a cat that walked past the patio earlier and the ducks just sat and watched it :eh: I scared it off so didn't have chance to see what would happen

Just a random note from the other thread, Freda, do you use a laptop for every lesson?

8) Whys that?

I think it we tried use laptops they'd think we were just playing games all day

My handwriting is terrible, some specialist came into school and tested it. She said it was so bad, I should use a laptop for my exams and lessons.

Everyone gets jealous because they dont get to use a laptop (haha)

You are destined to be a doctor then

All the doctors I know (and I work in the NHS so know lots!) have terrible handwriting

Our physics teacher always says that about someone's handwriting in our class - and he does want to be a doctor!

Just attempting to make some crumpets

Did it all properly and left it for an hour to rise, then they turned out more like pancakes :lol:

:D Good morning crazy peeps, Happy Thursday!

It's recycling day here!

In case any of you doubt my craziness, I had once driven out of my driveway & I stopped a few metres (well, they were yards actually, I was trying to sound young) up the road.

I wound down my window and, with a cheery (cheesy?) grin, called out to my stunned looking neighbour & family "It's recycling day!" and drove off.

Well, a couple of weeks earlier we'd been chatting & she'd said she could never remember whether we were on bin collection week, or recycling collection week.

So, I was being helpful.

My family, some of whom were squirming in the car that day, hate it when I'm "helpful"!

(so I make it a hobby).

Its bin week :D - and usually green bag (garden waste) week too, recycling is next week and this new bin means everyone is recycling not just when I force them to

Lewis is bored + can't be bothered to do any work  Have some biology cover work that I know I should do but no-one else will have done it - might just do a bit.

Anyone heard Owl City?

First heard 'Fireflies' a few weeks ago at some stupid early hour and really liked it (and its about not being able to sleep ) but was too tired to find it online. Have downloaded the album which I think is quite good, the songs are all similar sounding but they're kind of different to other stuff out atm - it seems they've suddenly become really popular :D
