it's a really straight forward drive to Davey Crockett, we stayed there too and loved it! The pool is fantastic and a great way to wind down after a day with the mouse. The breakfast is delivered to central points on the park, in cardboard boxes made to look like wicker baskets, there is plenty there too so we got more out of that then we expected too.

 

You might have the option of having breakfast IN the park on one of your days, and i would recommend it. We did this, breakfast in Fantasyland (no extra cost because it wasn't a 'character' breakfast per se, but characters were there) and we also got early entry to Fantasyland with it. Fab for getting on Peter Pan before the rush!

Im sure you will have a fantastic time wherever you stay. Just wanted to add a vote in for the Newport Bay hotel. We sayed there and loved it

Well, on your advice, we went to Disneyland Paris and had a fantatic holiday! Even grumpy OH managed a smile or two. It was a totally stress free (but exhausting) holiday, and the boys loved it, especially YS who kissed and cuddled his way round the characters! Will try and post some photos soon.
