Redwing
Chocolates you say? I didn't think you liked them? Blimey Lewis that was a late night! I love choccy - I always make the joke that I dont to new people at work - tends to stop them in their tracks! - cruel joke to play on you sorry
Cooks
@ Tasha, you know my oldest boy, he doesn't care for chocolate much... strange child... I lov chocolate, wish I didn't, but I haven't had any in ages!
Valkyrie
Don't you ever sleep Redders? Or is the bed still unmade and you camped out on the settee? What a lot of owls on here! No pellets for my lot until they eat their brekkers which has been laced. All the little ones (and Tipsy) were tucking in this morning - the big ones were whingeing. Squirt was making a big racket with Patch this morning - she came out and did a u-turn. Think she was about to pop - never made it up to the house this morning. I carried Patch up - that shut her up - and plonked her down (bit like the weight lifters - I swear she's a ton). She nibbled and whinged more then ran down the garden closely followed by all the nosey parkers. Tipsy has the wind up her tail and has been running all over the place like the demented bird she is. Even Sioux has been lifting up her knickers and racing - feel the earth tremors! They are all bonkers today!

Valkyrie
Happy campers all in the broody shed if it rains then! 2 big birds in the nest box Sadie now whingeing having been forcibly removed by Squirt who came out for a breather only for Patch to go in (she sure has to be in first). Oi - there is the eglu nest box you know! I'm not sure whether Kitty has hiccups or sneezing. She honks louder when she sneezes. All happening in the garden - unfortunately my coffee keeps getting cold. So we have a bad tempered Kooj, no sleep, no coffee . . . and where's the sunshine gone? Hmmph! Ooooh nice coffee - things are lookin' up!
Lewis
Morning Nugget + co seem to be friends this morning, stood there eating from both sides of the grub! There is extra an feeder for the newbie ... hope it carries on! Off to the holiday show at the NEC *waves
Space Chick
Well, the newbies have been free ranging with the oldies Started with just a couple of oldies, and then slowly let more out until all 14 girls were out together. The odd skirmish here and there, but nothing that a water pistol squirt couldn't sort out I have put them back in the run now, but will continue this approach
Valkyrie
Good news Debs. Mine have been getting in the way of the garden fork - all you can hear (apart from "shut up Patch") is "get out of the way - arghhhhh! Oh well have it your own way"

ClaireG
Glad everyone is having a nice day We went to http://www.rutlandvillage.co.uk/ earlier. Got some bacon burger things and sausages from the farm shop. Si bought himself a shirt, Adam an England top and me a cami top, shirt and shrug combo in Cotton traders sale We then went to another garden centre and got some seed potatoes, compost, potato bags, onion sets and gravel When we got back we cleaned out the girls and Si planted stuff whilst i started a stew off for tonights dinner. We have a small lottie patch to oneside of us and a couple of chaps were out there digging etc. One gave us a load of massive parsnips (one is now in the stew!) so i gave him some eggs Adam and Si are now taking the woofler for walkies.
