Recommended Posts

Now then children, play nice :shameonu::lol:

Awwwwww, Ive just been to put Tyra & Talulah in the eglu. They were walking up and down the run, i dont think they knew what to do or were wondering where i was to bring them inside :( I popped them in through the egg port, Tyra is laid down but Talulah is looking a bit lost :( **must stay strong, must stay strong :anxious: **

We were talking about the broody earlier and he really didn't get it!

"So, she's hatching some chicks ... just because or what? Where will they be going"

Mother said it was all sorted and not to worry!

Morning!

Well I am at work :( when I really want to be at home to see if i have any babies hatching...fingers crossed something has happened by the time i get home.

Hi Shirl! Great to have you back! The five chicks are bouncing about nicely, eating me out of house and home and flicking bedding everywhere but they are TOO cute for it to bother me :)

Sandie - hope the little ones were ok in the eglu overnight and you didn`t get too damp in your sleeping bag

Cooks - give those dogs a poke! If I am up then they should be too!

It's so good to be back amongst you crazy folk again. Looking after an 88 year old is ok but can get a bit wearing. getting on with washing and ironing and all the things we neglected to do in garden. Sun is out and chooks are making lots of broody noise. Heaven

You could always have some cake Cookie if the ironing gets toooooooooooooo much.

Can't wait for news of more chickies from you Em.x

Hello everyone *wave* Sorry i havn't been posting much, have been feeling quite low. Don't feel 100% myself and despite extra security measures have had two more bantams taken  We are now pretty sure it's not a fox and think it could be a weasel, stout, or mink.
