Hope they stop calling now, I've been getting a call at really inconvenient times, it shows up on the phone as 'Out of Area' so I know it's junk, trouble is they keep calling and calling until they get to speak to someone Really want some cake, but I'll have to make it. No idea what they'll taste like, but i had lemons and an Easter egg in the fridge. Trouble is I've now got 2 lemons with no zest, so will have to think of something to do with the rest of the lemon. Should I put lemon icing on the top? Letting Olly speak to the junk phone call man obviously didn't work, cos they phoned again 10 minutes later I didn't answer it though. First job when I get home tonight Lewis I will be leaving them in the Suro rather than moving to the Polybox inncy for hatching as hygrometer in there keeps turning itself off The Suro works on a fan (i think) and the instructions don`t tell me to turn off the fan or anything just decrease temp by 0.5 and increase humidity but being a newbie to this inccubation lark I wouldn`t like to advise Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We're now thinking the tarp roof might not be 100% secure so are going to take the tarp off, net it and then put the tarp back over the netting. We have netting and part tarp on the big girls WIR which has worked. Ofsted always pick the worst time possible to come! Still forgot to check what colours we had left will do on my next trip upstairs. Domino and the Cochin chicks have some funky feathers coming in and progressed from chick mash to Garvo mini pellets yesterday! OOOOh I sound like a proud mum whose babies just enjoyed their first meal of solids Maria is clamped to the nest but she is chirping away to her eggies so fingers crossed we will have some pekin chicks shortly Dinner is cooking, wine is poured, OH has washed up last nights tea things and hoovered (love him) so all I have to do is iron - Life is good I might even just iron work stuff for tomorrow and leave the rest for another day Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
