Shame I cant say the same for the bantams  Angel, Sweetpea, Pickle and Baby were all on the perchs like yours Debs. i had to pick them up and put them in the eglu, getting to be a habit now. i did worry there might be something horrible in there stopping them from going in, but i checked and checked and the only 'orrible thing in there is 1 broody Noodle!

Que es esto? No tengo ni idea lo gue son.

As I don't know the Spanish for Molecular Gastronomy  I shall answer in English

Basically, after my day in a Michelin starred restaurant kitchen (see all things nice), I have invested in some addition cooking items, 2 of which are my water bath and vacuum machine, this allows you to vacuum pack food, and then to cook at very precise temperatures for maximum flavour and succulence - it is a style of cookery known as "Sous Vide" and is carried out at all the top Michelin Starred restaurants  For example, tonight I cooked chicken breasts at precisely 66 degrees for 42 minutes  It is very very scientific based on meat type, thickness, doneness (if thats a word) etc.

I have also bought some scientific scales and some cool ingredients, some of which need to be added at a rate of 1.7g etc, very very precise :D

Just call me the female Heston Bloomingheck
