Size matters Lewis

I need at least a 5 litre one, but have been looking at the 8 litre ones, the one you posted is only 0.5 litres :(

Thankyou for trying to save me cash though :P

Naming is for Erin to do. And she's brown. A nice rich brown but not chocolate brown. And if you thought the orpies were big - you should see Erin trying to hold this one!

Ah, Erin uses those to cook at college. Tis the done thing nowadays.

Nighty night all. :D

Home from work at 10:30pm, two brooders cleaned out, two other lots of chicks health checked, extra heat rigged up because of cold weather, seven lots of food and water refilled and covers put on five runs - one lot of washing doing while all of this was happening

There is absolutely no justice that I am as fat as I am :lol::lol:

Up again at five

My 3 newbies (the 2 columbines and my brahma bantam) are all not laying yet, but they have been free ranging together well for over 2 weeks now :D

However, they do have lots of means to escape when in the run

I haven't decided if I am going to go for a full integration yet, I may still separate them when we are not about, but I think its time to let them sleep together. I am cautious to integrate after Tegan's injury 4 weeks ago, however, she is seeming far more confident in the run now she has Vicki and Mel as friends :D

With a lot of searching and soul searching

I am very tempted to go for one I have seen on ebay, its made by a bloke in Blackpool who makes them for the home chef, and its half the price. He offers guarantees and has great feedback, so I think I may just go for it.

I am waiting for Phil to get up to look at it :D
