The Dogmother
People over here always look at me like that when I say that I've already got a bag
bronze
these are the ones I use. They do have the advantage of being plain (the writing folds onto the bottom) being large and one can fit a few nicely in the bottom of a trolley if needs be. Martin B
Picked up my bag from Clare today. I shall let you know how I do! Thanks again Clare!
Snowy
So why is it so hard to always do something that simple over here? I remember years ago all shops charged for carrier bags. Then there was a big outcry about them ripping us off and getting free advertising into the bargain, so that's when they all started doing free carriers. Funny how things come full circle isn't it! Lesley
I remember that as well Snowy - I don't know why they didn't stick to their guns. I thought it was right to charge for them but also agreed with the 'free advertising' lobby - so I've used canvas or home-made bags ever since. (I don't have any dealer stickers on my cars either - they can pay me for advertising if they want to plaster their stickers all over my car ) Bron - I love that folding bag - where did you get it from? Cinnamon
Thats the one Clare. Its a bit more expensive, but I like it a lot because of the message it clearly puts across & also because it looks more like a proper bag than most reusables
The Dogmother
It was in the Mail on Sunday magazine this morning Sarah, and I immediately though of you when I saw it. I think it'd make a great beach bag for holidays.
