laurmurf
Hello all, I'd like to introduce you to a new member of our family: Kodi, we are socialising her for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People. She's an 8 week old cocker spaniel/poodle cross puppy and we'll have the joy of her living with us until she's about a year old. We've never had a dog before so we're a bit nervous but we'll get great support from the puppy trainers: as well as fortnightly puppy classes. We know we'll be heartbroken when we have to give her up but the difference she'll make to a deaf person will be immeasurable so we're keen to help (however much it hurts! )

Christian
Oh she is a stunner! Never seen that cross before. I did my work experience at Guide Dogs for the Blind and met several puppy walkers. One lady had done it for 25 years and always found it tough giving the puppy 'back' after a year, but finds it so rewarding! Good luck with her

Chickendoodle
I have 2 labradoodles and the poodle cross seems to make really lovely dogs, whatever they are crossed with. Well done to you for doing it - don't think I would be able to cope with giving a dog up after a year. She is absolutely adorable
