Lesley
Crikey Lesley! That's changed a bit since I was last there. Looks like the boys have been busy Only one boy Clare - mine! My son made all the beds, dug over the hard ground and moved all the soil. I had to rake it and tamp it and rake it - over and over until it looks like it does now. If I left it, it set like concrete, in big lumps Errr, isn't that where Jazz used to have her 'toilet'? It was where she wees - but only when she was tiny, until she learnt her command. Now we take her to odd bits of waste ground and tell her to go She always poos at the top of the field and we always pick it up - unlike the half naked men who have been working here on the fencing - they let their very obedient dogs out of the car and they go where they want - and we keep finding it

Lesley
I was lovely to see you all today Kate - wish we'd had more time Martin - yes, they are, we're selling them as half pigs later in the summer. Clare was on the doorstep almost at the same time as we arrived home - Lauren and Rosie have named one of the piglets 'Ellie' They are 4 gilts and one boar - one of the gilts we had booked died last week . The breeders are short of pigs the right age so we had to choose another so we chose the GOS boar.

The Dogmother
They really are lovely too so cute and they love being scratched. I'll post some photos later this evening. That pig ark looked so comfy with all the straw in it - I was wondering whether to spend the night there with the piggies.

Lesley
That's an Oxford Sandy and Black, Snowy. They are classed as rare breed but they can be a diverse range of colour. Our first three pigs last year were OSB's - they are such characters. The others are two British Lops, one Saddleback and the GOS boar.
