Just thought I'd let you all know, Maya my blue frizzle Poland died yesterday. She had been ill for a few days, but when I came home from school I found her pouring with blood and no head and neck feathers, nearly dead.. We thought something had got her like a rat, but to further inspection most of her flesh was missing & you could actually see her skull, and Hatter my turkey with blood around his beak. Me and my dad gave decided to now sell the turkeys as we think they need more space. They are going to a woman about 45mins away, with a small holding, so hopefully they will be ok there..

Thanks everyone.. Rehomed the turkeys. A Small holding, there going to be in the Orchard with a white turkey stag, quite happy, i will miss them, but i think its for the best..

Well the man came to get them with his daughter on Friday night, from Coleshill. He was really nice and caring for the turkeys, and have kept there original names, Biscuit and Hatter. . I got a e-mail this morning, which really brightened my day.

Hi Mollie! Thanks so much for the turkeys.. They are much loved pets!

They have been wandering round in the orchard today and have settled in very well. We will gradually introduce them to Norman who is our white stag!

They are just about to be put to bed now that is gone dark. Thanks again Simon and Karen
