Egluntyne
Not normally my kind of programme at all, but I found myself watching it whilst I tidied the kitchen this evening. Click Anyroad up..... one of the priests, Father Roddy, keeps chickens in a fairly big way so it got my attention. I got the impression we would be following his fortunes as he enters his Poland Frizzles in competitions etc. Just thought I'd mention it. Kirstine
Planning to watch this on iplayer at some point as we enjoyed the previous series. Seeing the three priests photographed in your link I can't help wondering whether there will be any 'Father Ted' moments, though! Seagazer
Thanks for the posting, I quite enjoyed the last series, it was interesting. I shall set it up.
CallyChook
We have alwayswatched the isles of Scilly series, so was a bit disappointed with this one, it seemed quite dull and the father seemed rather wishywashy, heading off to Barra. Not a patch on the quirky Bishop Bill. I was about to turn it off when I caught sight of a chamois frizzle and let out a squeal of delight that woke up both husband and baby from their couch snooze! Will now be avidly watching all series. x
Blackrocksrock
I thought it was very good - not a religious person but looking beyond that at the whole community I loved to see them all so together and the scenery was fab and the chickens - well what can we say - very nice and well looked after chooks - look forward to the showing of the frizzles! Treekeeper
The priests may be boring but the Highland scenery is stunning, his chooks are nice looking as well.
Daphne
We just happened to turn over when the chicken bit started. Cue squeals in this house too And my Mum has just rung up to see if I was watching as we keep polands, she was very taken with the frizzles I thought the scenery was absolutely amazing - its really made me want to go back to Scotland for a visit and to go to Barra where I've never been. I also thought the Fathers were very interesting, particularly the 83 year old Father - very dry sense of humour! I'm looking forward to the next episode.
