I have lived in my present house now for 29 years and I understand it can take anything from six weeks to 3 months to move and that is when all goes smoothly. You should see the junk I haord, I hate to throw anything away and OH is just as bad as me. I think I should make a start but where to start

The time wasters I've shown round you wouldn't believe......oh well. Hi OSH We have found a lovely place in Norfolk with a river at the bottom of the garden. We have a buyer for ours and there isn't a chain so fingers crossed it will all go through. I will be so pleased to get away from London but am afraid to get to excited as anything can happen. It is all very stessfull. How long have you been trying to sell I know you have mentioned it before. Are you still taking your cockerel in at night? Redwing
dont give your notice in till the mortgage is totally in the bag, we got a moving date and OH gave notice on his job, when the mortgage co wrote to his employers for a reference they told the mortgage co that he had handed in his notice and out mortgage was pulled with 5 days to go before the move OH had to retract his notice and I had to move 120 miles without him, he then handed in his notice and joined me two months later (I took advantage of his absence and got chickens so it wasnt all bad )
