Court on Monday - wish me luck ! Update

Recommended Posts

Adjourned until 9th December as ex hadn't complied with the court re documentation re inheritance and property details for me and him. He made a complete fool of himself - interrupting (big no no and the lady judge was very grumpy anyway as everything 2 hours late). The he waited outside the door of the court and as my solicitor and I left he lunged at me shouting, I had to go back into court to avoid him and the clerk asked him to leave - luckily the judge saw it all

I've only just realised how shocked I was  When I got to the tube station he was waiting outside, amazingly there was a policeman nearby so I explained the situation and he walked me to the station and waited until I got on the escalator - he was so nice and said not to worry the court would have made a note of what happened. He has now emailed accusing me of turning the boys against him and dragging everything out (he left 2 years ago, these things do take time) - my solicitor has told me to forward all emails to him from now on, it's horrible I just want enough money to buy a house for me and my sons - how can I put them out on the street :(

On a positive note - it is my birthday in October and I am being taken to the St Pancras Grand Champagne and Oyster bar by an old boyfriend - haven't seen him since I was 18 and he contacted me on fb :P (he is bringing a friend and so am I  )

Isn't it funny - he is the one that turned up not prepared and he accuses YOU or dragging it out!

I'm so glad the policeman was there - it must have been really uncomfortable for all concerned and as you say he hasn't done himself any favours with the court.

Well done you on keeping your cool and I'm glad you have something nice to look forward to. :)

So glad that there was a policeman in the right place at the right time for you and he was so understanding, when you go to court next can you take someone with you?

Sorry things are so difficult at the moment, I hope they improve soon.
