Ain't Nobody Here
You know how you suddenly decide you could probably do with a couple more? And then, suddenly, you're unable to think about anything else? Or is it just me . Down to 3 hens now - one lays one a day (but hasn't for the last 3 days ), one is only 9 months old but only lays 3 or 4 eggs a month and the other doesn't lay at all (confirmed by the death of Steph who was obviously doing the laying. I was going to wait till half-term in October but then thought if I get them now, by half-term they'd be ready for a bit of integration - and I'd be around to supervise . Just so happens my supplier has a load of POLs in just now and some new ones coming in a few days . So, will it be Blacktail, Mendelsham Blue, Black Rock, Coral, Copper Black Maran or Amber . Egg colour will be the decider, I think . Edited September 16, 2012 by Guest

Ain't Nobody Here
No point in hanging around . Bit like our new car - old car declared knackered on Friday, new car collected on Monday . Bit of a newsflash ...... Sally is now Sophie (YS says it made him think of Sally in Corrie . I've since been reminded there's a Sophie in Corrie too but she doesn't make you cringe!)
