These are the two girls I have just bought with my birthday money, they are 14wks old, so will have to wait to move into my new WIR (also a part of it birthday present the rest a pressie to myself)!

This is Jasmine a lemon millefleurs Sablepoot

 

And Truffle a Chocolate Orpington bantam

 

They are ever so sweet and very tame

They came from 'Hens for pets' which is near Ikea in Nottingham, she had a small selection of growers, including my two breeds, a few Polands, Pekins and hybrids.

Congratulations on your new ladies We have a beautiful poot She is over 4yrs old and still lays the most gorgeous white eggs at least 4 dys a week March to September/ October. I always think she's like a toddler who has never grown up The first to fly over the netting in the morning, naughty poot, and always at the back door looking for treats. We love her. She has the run of the place and the garden is all the nicer for having her in it. I am sure you will feel the same. Ax
