Tigiga Posted September 21, 2013 Share Posted September 21, 2013 I got my Eglu Cube with 3m run yesterday! I was going to get four altogether, but when I went to get them I ended up with five! Plum Posted September 21, 2013 Share Posted September 21, 2013 1 sq metre per bird is recommended so with 3 metres you'll have room for 4 - 5 without behaviour problems or more if you get bantams. The more room the less chance of pecking, bullying and problems. You can add to the space with perches, tables and things. What type of chickens are you going for? Arent silkies quite small?! just about to go to the poultry now!! so excited!! apparantly the poultry we are going to has the largest range of pure breed chickens in the country!!
