Err.........confession time, I did something similar at work just a couple of weeks ago :oops: I was confidently striding along the corridor (in my high heels :roll: ) with a manager and suddenly my ankle rolled over :oops: I stumbled, arms flailing, but managed not to hit the deck, manager tried to catch me and kept asking if I was alright. Pity I didn't realise at the time but our large office building is parallel to a very busy road and there is a pedestrian crossing outside, full length windows too, bet it looked hysterical from there :?:oops:

 

Now of course I realise I should have been carrying a watering can too :roll:

ok - so the first time I put the heels on I was walking in a slightly odd way - but at least I can manage 5" Stilettos!

Crikey Andrew, you have my respect :shock: . How long did you last in them/ how far did you walk ?

I'm much more at home in flatties these days, but even when I'm dolled up to the nines I don't go much beyond 3" :wink:

That said I remember with affection a fabulous pair of red stilettoes, very high, but boy did I enjoy wearing them, they were a pulling pair of shoes for sure :wink:

Back to the misspent youth :shock:

They call those 'Bed Shoes' round here :roll:

 

I called them something else entirely Clare, but the censor on this forum wouldn't like it :shock:

What we all need is a pair of those camilion shoes - shoes with flick out heels that change from a nice 1 inch to a 3 - 3 and a half inch heel in a flick & click! Well cool, but well expensive!

 

I can't wear heels anymore after wearing all varieties of crocs for so long!

Mind you Hispinitas are well comfy too!
