I did find all my painting paraphernalia today when we were unpacking - but the only painting I'm doing is the staircase :(

 

Lesley, I'm in the exact same boat as you.......... only difference is that I'm slapping cream emulsion around the porch, and I'm not even very good at that :oops: .

I do so admire people like Kate who have a real talent :D

Well, when I moved up here, I kept it for a while, then realised that as a single parent there wouldn't be any time to do art work, so I donated it all to the local art college. I've still got a couple of pieces of work somewhere and my folks have a couple of pieces on their walls. *shrugs*

 

I'd love to do it again... one day maybe. I'd like to teach too.

 

I paint a great nude - any volunteers for modelling???? :wink:
