The Dogmother Posted August 16, 2007 Share Posted August 16, 2007 This'll make you laugh.... While we were in Wales, Phil and I had our anniversary - 5 years of non-cohabiting bliss! We'd decided to go out for a meal, just the three of us, but the day out dragged on, we went paddling on the beach. Then Rosie decided that we should have fish and chips on the seafront, so we started to look around for a fish bar... we found this one - it had been named the 'Carousal Cafe' - spelling mistake is original - but, in time honoured fashion, someone had taken off the 'C', so it had become the 'Arousal Cafe'. We just had to have our fish and chips there - it wasn't the most salubrious of places, but the name made it so funny and memorable too!
