Hovis
Today I had a carrion crow land in the garden and it made straight for my bantams. I scared it off as soon as I saw it. Is it likely to attack them? Thanks in advance
Chickabee
They can be very threatening this time of year, they are very territorial. You must have a nest near by. I don't think it would attack

Chickabee
Oh no that's awful. I've got lots of crows near me. I think the dogs keep them away though. Keep vigilant Hovis
Luvachicken
I have seen crows attack a baby magpie before I saw the crows "eating" something and went to look at what it was - a big baby magpie lying on its back. It looked at me with such huge eyes and I apologised to it because there was nothing I could do for it. I've also seen the local crows dive bomb a neighbour because he was underneath part of a big tree they were nesting in. Not sure I would trust them. Valkyrie
Before all this bird flu stuff our crows happily wandered around the garden with my girls - one of which is a pekin. There was no argy bargy - apart from our ratbag girl who liked to show who was boss! I call the crows my German Langshans! Although this evening Mrs Sparrowhawk paid a visit and took away a pigeon (or maybe a collared dove - nooo not those - they are sweet).
