Egluntyne
In today's paper ......here......although the picture was of a pair of pink Crocs in my copy...we've seen these before. Read to the end and see how much the company makes!
The Dogmother
I heard somewhere that the mark-up is terrific. I don't mind that so much if the product is good, but I resent people making a fast buck out of selling rubbish products, or exploiting a captive market by over charging for a service. Egluntyne
The story was denied by a hospital spokesperson according to lunchtime Look North...they said they were "in dialogue with staff about appropriate footwear"but that no particular type of shoe had been banned. Cherryl
"can you get them from the chemist" And speaking as a wimp with an allergey to ibuofren (which is literally a pain), what is the active ingredient ? hugs Cherryl
Snowy
I'm pretty sure that voltarol is prescription only. It's a brand name for diclofenac sodium, another non-steroidal anti inflamatory. (Before you all rush to the chemists! )
Cinnamon
Honestly, what are you lot like? Back to Crocs. I think they actually have a point about them being dangerous for Nurses to wear. I looked into this a bit more & they are concerned about the danger of a needle stick through the holes. So they might have a point..........as it were.
