Martin B
I've just seen in the paper that Jamie is doing a ' Jamie at home' special edition for Christmas. It is an hour long compared to the normal 30 minutes in the winter. He is going to be talking to a free range goose farmer and also Paul Kelly who is a free range turkey farmer. He's going to be cooking both and also he will be going into his garden to find all the veggies too! It's Channel 4 at 9pm on Friday. Just letting you know.... craftyhunnypie
I liked the way he carved his goose & turkey - better than hacking away at them! Did you see those mince pies??? Wish I could remember what he put on top of the mincemeat before rolling them up!!! Loved the filo cups!!!! Emma.x
Egluntyne
I couldn't take my eyes off the grubby hands and the Italian man's runny nose! Yuk. The carving looked clever.

I nearly bought the book Jamie at home today - but decided that I'd already ordered 2 Cook books from my Christmas money & to spend the rest on something other than ways to my hubbys heart / belly! Cinnamon
Shame the mince pies aren't in Jamie At Home (Which I have used a LOT this year!), & I can't find the recipe on his site either I wish I had been concentrating a bit more when it was on as I would love to make some with my home made mincemeat
