Well,I have seen it & I am darn glad I did. It should be compulsory viewing in school cookery/ethics classes in my opinion Well done Jamie, another fab programme & I suspect many more converts By the way,new series of Jamie at Home starts next week - I wonder if there will be a dedicated egg show this time? He made me laugh in the first bit when he made a salad with iceberg lettuce and the fancy tomato- just how I was shown to make a salad at school!
