Not only will I have two hour interview but I have to do a presentation entitled "how we will ensure we deliver exemplary customer service". Exciting huh Oh and I have to take one of those psycopath (sorry I mean psycometric) tests. Lots of positive thoughts for 3pm on Monday please!
