BFH said it was to do with the size of the file ... I said, that it wasnt all that big, and anyway why did we need a file? the computer has no nails. It's too much for James and the team to have loads of enquiries about all the little problems and questions when a forum starts up and new members begin arriving so I've volunteered my site admin services to James over there until the forum is up and running so someone can take over from me.
