Murdo
For those who don't wish to tangle with the seventeen pages of chaos that makes up the Important Decision this is a link to the closing ceremony, wherein all is revealed. The gist of it is orange, for those of you too scared to go there again.

ubereglu
I still think, that if you get an orange one you should give the yellow one to me Murdo. MY CHICKENS ARE DEPRIVED

motherhen
Yuk! Orange! Now come on Farmer Lesley - you can't be orangist just because wearing anything orange makes you look scary. We omleteers pride ourselves on our tolerance and friendliness to all hen keepers with eglus, whatever colour, and especially those with no eglu. I'm a bit surprised that Murdo didn't wait for the results of the eglu colour research - what if orange turns out to be bottom of the league for enhancing laying?
