figlette
Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself and the brand new girls. I have been lurking for a little while and learning a great deal. Thank you all. I live in the US, but our forum is a little quiet and thus I have crashed this one. With an Eglu on order and 3 new girls at home, I figured you wouldn't mind. Below are the new Welsummer girls. Hazel (the bossy one), Matilda (the little one) and Alice (the dim bulb). Nice to meet everyone. Edited March 22, 2008 by Guest
Eyren
Welcome to the forum, figlette! Aww, how sweet - little Easter chicks! Funny, isn't it, how they already have distinctive personalities at such a young age

What colour Eglu are you getting....and where abouts in the US are you? Not that I'm nosey or anything.

Ain't Nobody Here
Welcome to the UK, Figlette . Those chickies are just gorgeous . Funny how the US forum is quiet and the UK one is massive with new members joining every second of every day (it seems ).

figlette
Thank you all for the warm welcome. I am afraid poor Alice did not get any smarter over night. Thankfully Hazel is so incredibly bossy that she keeps Alice from getting into too much trouble. And to think that I was afraid that with three of the same breed, I would not be able to tell them apart. We have the popular green Eglu coming. I am just thrilled with the fun and efficient design. Oh and we live out west, in Portland, Oregon, which is about 3 hours south of Seattle by car. Beautiful country. Come visit anytime.
