Snowy
As some of you know, I am doing my first 'proper' craft fair on Sunday. I'm getting really nervous now! Thought I'd have a practice run this morning at setting out my stall. What do you think? In the little cake stand at the back are crocheted flowers; little lavender chickens and little drawstring satin gift bags. On the pink plinth in the foreground is a dish of pot pourri. I just hope it looks as good as some of the other 'professional' craft stands!!

You never know who's milling around craft fairs - could be the start of something big for you - I hope so !! Good luck Snowy.
Mrs Frugal
Thank goodness I looked at the topic, Snowy! I thought you were going to be there today and it was going to be a bit of a rush fitting things in but we're not doing anything at all tomorrow so I'll probably see you at the craft fair . Good luck! Hope all goes well.
Snowy
Thank you all! Great to have such lovely feedback - and it was the people on this forum who gave me the confidence to do this in the first place, so you all have a lot to answer for! Having said that I've just had a visit from a forum friend (you know who you are!) who has seriously depleted my stock for tomorrow, so I now have a busy afternoon making more stuff! Better get on with it rather than being on here hadn't I?
theherd123
Snowy, the craft fair will go really well so dont worry, enjoy every minute of it and im sure you will have NO stock left tomorrow!
Helen&Lee
Snowy, your table looks lovely, I'm sure you will have a very successful day tomorrow. As, someone has said, have some cards with your details on so people can pick them up. Also, have a gossip with the other stallholders, some craft fairs are better than others and some of them will know the good ones to have a stall at. My Mum and Dad do some craft fairs in Derby (and Derbyshire) through neccessity as my Dad spends hours in the garage wood turning and the little bedroom is chocka. Good Luck. Snowy
Well I had a great day! Not brilliant as the weather was dire and there were not as many visitors as expected, but on top of yesterdays sales, plus a couple of comissions from visitors today, and I am very, very happy! Lovely to see you Kate - glad you like your chicken! Am exhausted now so will do pics later
