ubereglu
Good luck and have fun. Most importantly warm up and down properly-I used to do Cross country and made that mistake when I did a similar length run and ached until about Wednesday. My Dad is taking part in a 30 mile sponsored bike ride tomorrow too-just hope it doesn't chuck it down!

bronze
I would say you ar emad but in fact I really admire you. My uncle is severly autistic and lives in sheltered accomodation which is fantatstic for him. Luckily though my Gran could afford it. I know how far raised money would go I'm sure you're there at the moment but I'm willing you on from here.
The Brown Clan
Thank you for the messages of good luck!!!!, I did it for my eldest son who has aspergers syndrome which is on the Autistic spectrum, I have neverdone anything like this before , so was very pleased to have got round in one piece, my time was 45 mins ( considering i'm a smoker , and did minimal training 3 children to look after) I was very pleased with myself, and it stayed dry !!! had a great time and so did the children it was lovely to see them cheering me on and i raised over 300 pounds . My son is already planning my run next year
