Goosey Lucy
Ardene5 said: Where can I park my caravan with full awning and 2 side awnings? Ummm... It's actually very difficult to bring caravans onto the island. VW Campervans seem to be ok but towed vans don't seem to be allowed. I'm not sure about motorhome type things though... Don't be fooled by the weather in the second picture, it hasn't stopped raining all day today. We only have a normal car but the state of the half mile of lane today is making me seriously consider getting an old landrover or similar. We're only renting this cottage but it is fab. The whole estate was up for sale for a while but it's been taken off the market now *heaves sigh of relief at not having her home sold out from under her* Thanks to everyone for all your good wishes. I hope we continue to be as happy here as we have been this past month. Now if someone can tell me the lottery numbers for the next draw, I'll happily entertain them as our first B&B guests. Goosey Lucy
Emma: come whenever you're ready once Bean is here, I miss having a little one around. Egluntine: You'll be more than welcome. I can then interrogate you about your encyclopaedic knowledge of chooks. Gamebird: You're right, I haven't seen the same sea colour yet and we've been here a month now. Hillfamily: Country Living magazine? Think that might be a bit out of our price range... Kimmy: I didn't have any chickenalia til I moved here. I now have a tea for one set where the teapot sits on top of the cup, a tiny milk/cream jug, a sugar bowl and fruit bowl. We happened to "accidentally" leave these behind in the old house
