What's on your want list?

Recommended Posts

I would like please:-

more time

more sunshine ( I agree with the person that said these)

A bigger garden for more chickens and veggies.

My ironing pile to magically iron it's self

My son's cold to get better so that he can go for his 100% attendance record which he so wants ( he went to school feeling a bit grim this morning) :(

My ED to be happy with her new boyfriend so that we don't have to do broken hearts, he seems nice too :D

To remember what my OH told me the other day that he wants for Christmas

The only material thing that I would like is a SAD lamp for when the sun isn't shining.

Is this a "if I win the lottery" wish list or a more realistic one (after all you have to do the lottery to win it and I've given up with it)?

I'd like

a new pair of black shoes I have seen in Next

half a dozen pairs of wide leg trousers for work that don't make me look fat

a new winter handbag that isn't black

on the fanciful side I would like

a son who doesn't take me for granted

part time hours at work for the same money

a small holding

a pig (to go on the small holding)

more chicken (ditto)

nice neighbours (who don't shout at each other and don't have a noisy dog)

an the ultimate

"Peace on earth"

I'd like chocolate to be a diet food that actually helps you LOOSE weight

All chicken and eggs sold to be free range and had a good quality of life

A larger garden for my girls to enjoy

A walk in run like my mums (Actually I think my dad may make that one come true for xmas! )

An egg skelter

A DS

More shoes (As i hardly have any :liar::lol: )

Oh and if it's possible to have perfect skin over night that'd be great too. (How come I still have spots and greasy skin at 29? :wall: )

Not much to ask eh?

I'd really, really like my daughter to be happy with her decision to do a French degree that now involves her going to work in France until April. It was fine when she started her degree but now she is in love and doesn't want to leave lovely boyfriend. She's upset, he's upset and we're all upset

I'd also like a bigger garden so I could have a walk in run and a sea view please :D

If it has to be realistic things then I'd like some new clothes.

Realistic wants:

A memory foam matress topper

A pair of heated gloves

A woodburning stove

Unrealistic wants:

A big house, with a huge garden and a sea view.

Thick, straight, silky, shiny hair

A cure, with no side affects, for Rheumatoid

Arthritis, it's really getting me down right now:(

....Oh and obviously world peace would be great.

I want to win the lottery and change the world.

I want to pay off all my friends mortgages and debts so we can all have fun and give up work

I WANT TO GIVE UP WORK! I don't have enough hours in the day to go to work and do everything else I want

I want another baby (but I'm too old and tired realistically  )

I want a small farm in Southern Portugal where I can be self sufficient and sell my excess stuff to make pocket money

Realistically I want

a tidy husband

kids who don't fight ALL DAY LONG

some more Polands

a cockerel I can keep

to be able to crochet

A rain mac like my mums

a big jam pan

the food for free pocket guide book

and a big long flowery shirt I've seen a mum on the school run wearing

to paint the whole inside of my house with flowers (My OH will kill me if he ever reads that bit  )

I'd like a week in a villa in the middle of nowhere, with a lovely view where I can sit/lie and read a book. Then I want to go home to find that all the jobs I would have done had I been there, have been done! :D

Lots of you are ever so reserved in the !wants " list... What a lovely lot you are. I wish we could magic up a cure for the R. Arthritis, I dont have it but have known well those who really struggle through with it;

I wish to count my blessings, for there are many;

I wish to have the sun on my back for a few days(it would be nice!)

I wish for some hens; my last one fell off the perch last week and I'm henless at the moment; it's wierd, and I dont know what to do with the s"Ooops, word censored!"s..... that will be sorted within the next couple of weeks tho'...

I wish all of you well, and happy, life throws up trials for us all to deal with and most of the time we do, and sometimes, we just struggle; is that "being human"?

And I wish for a tidy house without me being the only one who tidies it!!

Well, I'd like to win some more competitions! Never to send anything back as they don't fit-basically things to fit perfectly...that'll never happen.

I'd love to have a larger garden, be more decisive and get me and Dad to make raised beds and build a chicken run ASAP.

On a more product related list I'd really like a few more pairs of crocs, a flock of bantams-sebrights, pekins, RIR. I'd also like to rescue some ex-bats, some trousers that fit properly and are long enough, a nice handbag and a digital camera.

Ok so what is a Wacom web tablet?

It's a thing the same size and shape as a computer keybord except it's completly bare.

basically it comes with a little pen and you hook it up to your comp and it's a touch screen, with the pen, drawer.

What ever you 'draw' on the web tablet it comes up on the screen.

Good for computer design for all those ninnies like me who can't draw with a mouse.

I would like to have more will power so that I do get up in the morning to go for a jog; I manage to resist that bar of chocolate that is calling me and I do get myself off this forum and do all the things that need doing around the house.... ain't gonna happen though! :D

I would then buy us a smallholding with lots of space for my little girls to dust bathe to their little hearts content.

I would have a lovely, massive run built by aviaries4u and rescue lots of lovely baldy ex-batts and lavish attention on them all day every day as I would be a lady of leisure.

I would buy hubby a massive, state of the art polytunnel with watering systems and everything and make it hen proof so that my girls couldn't nick his tomatoes and cucumbers.

This is more or less what I want now-a-days too. Am kinda hankering after a lottery win which would allow us to up-sticks and get an acre or two to really do The Good Life without having to leave my magic kingdom every day to bring home the umm bacon!

BTW Cinnamon - if you get an iPhone it will deal with your music AND eReader in one machine :D

I bought one for myself a couple of weeks ago (it was easy to justify it!) and went out on Tuesday and bought my assistant one too - she has already installed an eReader with loads of books so she doesn't have to take books away on holidays with her :D

Instead of saying chatty chicken under my name, it should say computer expert

That would make people's lives easier, there's already a quote and a message in your sig.

I think everyone knows that you are the comp genius  and that we will always go to you for computer help.

So any day now you'll have too many PM's of comp quesions

:D:lol:
