Angels4
It is grey, dreary, and wet here in New England, but on the plus side it's been warm and MOST of the snow from the last storm has all by dissapeared.
Lesley
Looks promising here! - but bitterly cold.

Chicken Licken
Bright sunshine, but bitterly cold this morning - the girls water is not just frozen but solid throughout. Everywhere looks white and it is very crunchy under foot. Fenny also laid her first egg since August and promptly squashed it all over the nesting box - then wouldn't let Primrose in to lay at all. It is still -2 according to my thermometer even now! Brrrr
susanbb
Cold, windy but lovely blue sky.
The Dogmother
After a grey start today, another glorious day for Saturday. Boxing Day was super too - we were up at Phil's folks farm 600ft above sea level and beautiful sunshine; the wind was bitter though. We walked the pup down through the fields and up the hill through the woods
Ardene5
Hi Everyone Here at Preesall it was -4 degrees in the early morning when I went down to sort out the hens and their water. It is now a cold sunny day. Hope everyone has a nice day where ever you are in the world. How is the weather in your neck of the woods? Off out to clean out the animals and then walk the pup.
fowlbird
looks sunny through the windows, no wind but Oxfordshire has that sort of haze over the hills which suggests that it may be cold outside tomorrow I may go outside
Angels4
Right now it is 58 degrees F and I am sitting here with the windows open and heat off.
fowlbird
Right now it is 58 degrees F and I am sitting here with the windows open and heat off. so what happened to all your snow? Is it melting? What if you have a sudden freeze?
Angels4
There is very little snow left on the streets or in the garden which has turned into a big mud pit. The forecast for the next couple of days is unseasonably warm, but should the temps retun to normal (below freezing) everything will turn to ice.
