Makes me feel like I've just got a really common face . On a happier likeness, I met my birth mum 6 years ago and was spooked to find that I look just like her. None of her "other" children bear the slightest resemblance to her. Family and friends who knew her and knew about me but hadn't met me, knew who I was without being told . (At least they knew I wasn't a fraud .) At her funeral a couple of weeks ago, a very close friend of hers was sitting behind me (she hadn't met me) and said to her friend, "I'll bet anything that's J's daughter". I just tell people I have a common face as well Four of us! When I was younger other people always thought I was somebody called Georgina. I get it even now, last time at the Neil Diamond concert. I end up having an entire conversation and then realising that they think I am someone completely different. When it was jet black around the time Pulp Fiction was out, I'd get people asking if I was Uma Thurman. Now I'm fatter and au naturel, I've been told I look like Victoria Wood. I am a short, plain, curly-haired hobbit (Think Bilbo rather than Frodo). Yes OH is in (borrowed) scrubs. He is not medical at all though. I can promise he never wears rubber gloves, unless I make him clean the drains out, so definitely no snapping! Seagazer - It's just not fair that I am the only plain one in the family.
