:dance::clap: Well done you! :clap::dance:

I lost as stone & a half earlier in the year, but judging by my back starting to ache again & my jeans getting a bit tighter, :oops: I must get back on that wagon & reverse the trend!! :whistle:

(I make brownie every weekend for DS to take back to school with him, maybe quality control is not longer needed as I can now make that recipe in my sleep! :roll:)

Thanks everyone for your lovely comments, it's so nice to be part of such a friendly forum. And well done to those of you who have had similar successes :clap:

I feel for those who are struggling to lose extra pounds, Stick at it, it feels so good to slip into those smaller sizes and not stuggle with tight waist bands etc. Though the best thing is that I don't suffer with heartburn anymore. I think the time was right for me this year and I was lucky that several of my work colleagues joined me at WW (a lunch time session opened up close to our work place) so we could all support each other. :)

Thanks again :)
