ours are having various vitacraft honey/fruit seed sticks for starters then they're having mashed potato mixed with soaked seeded batch bread all mixed together with a generous helping of dried mealworms

Mine are starting off with millet in the morning then around lunch they will have some live meal worms followed by banana. Then just before they go to bed they will have some warm porridge oats with rasins and a few sunflower seeds.

We're out at my sisters tomorrow so they will have to have their treats in the morning. Have got them savoy cabbage, live mealworms and sultana's. Was going to mix it all in a porridge but I've no oats in:oops:

I'm out most of the day so my girls will be getting their treat mid morning.

Roast potatoes, I have 3 left over, I thought I'd peel the outside off.

Also some peas and sweetcorn.

Not very imaginative!

well, as I've peeled my potatoes and carrots, and had some left over cabbage, my girls will be having that mixed with some oats and sweetcorn and boiled into a 'tasty' mash But I'm sure they'll love it lol. I also have some millet for them. And if they are really good, some tuna for tea

My girls have been spoiled rotten today . They have had loads of live meal worms, corn and raisins. They have huge crops now and have just waddled off to bed happily .

My girls had pellet porridge with garlic powder, chicken spice, mealworms, corn and topped off with tuna! Actually I thought it was but they certainly enjoyed it. Oh and extra corn and mealworms later - don't suppose we'll have any eggs for a few days!

Mine had layers pellets, sprouts and potato peelings. No pudding.

 

Dished up to them by OS. He said they looked at him as if to say "who the heck are you"?

Ours had the less crispy roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips, sprouts and gobbled up every bit, with a few mealworms thrown in for good measure Just because they are chickens they must not be left out of the celebrations! . Also Santa left them a wrapped up present of mealworms just outside their run door and they were looking at it as though to say "what an earth is that!".

Mine had a boiled salmon head which they tore to shreds and even pecked out they eyes.

My ladies got a sprout tree for xmas but it is still intact and untouched three days later.

 

They got leftovers from mums Christmas Dinner which consisted of Roast potatoes ( crispy bits peeled), peas, carrots, brocoli, cauliflower, cabbage and spouts that were boiled to within an inch of thier lives!

 

This was demolished within about two minutes!!
