M&S dine in for £10

Recommended Posts

I've been in this morning (ours is only a Simply Food) and bought the Ready to Roast Honey Gammon for a change. DD has just looked at it and it's supposed to feed 2-3. Will be lucky if it feeds one :( Also, although the chickens again aren't free range they only had small ones in at ours and not medium like it says.

I got the gammon as there are three of us and I thought that, since it weighs 450g (1 lb) that ought to be enough meat for three...Will make sure there is plenty of potatoes and I got the caesar veggies and profiteroles to finish. I think I got some of the most expensive stuff!! If you look at the prices of the individual dishes, with some combinations the £10 is not all that good. Got the Cava for the drink option as it is my parents-in-law's golden wedding anniversary on Sunday so I will give it to them!

Thanks everybody.

Just thought I'd make an appearance and have a trawl through some of what I had missed. I have missed the forum greatly, but I have been extremly busy. New school (As Levels), New job (M&S) and I passed my driving test after 8 weeks of lessons on my first attempt, first person in my year. I also have a girlfriend who obviously needs some TLC.

I hope everyone is Ok, I barely recognise some of the usernames, looks like there are lots and lots of new people on here, which I suppose can only be good for chicken keeping in general.

I don't know how long I'll be staying for before goodness knows what comes up, but I'll try to keep to a regular posting pattern if I can.

Thanks for the welcome, see you around the forum! :)
