Look at my new signature - it is ordered, the new hens are on order and will arrive when they are sexed, the new fence is going in today, the patio slabs are here and just need laying.

 

Last year's birthday pressie (early) was the eglu - this year a nice green cube

As you probably all know I have been ring them a few times a week 'just checking if you have any recon cubes in' and each time they say 'sorry - no'. Today I rung and she said yes! three came in yesterday evening - green, purple and I am not sure what the third was - as soon as she said green I said yes that's fine (you may recall I had previously been offered pink or orange and was holding out for the green).

 

... it will also be an Omlet delivery, not the dreaded Nightfreight!

 

The new fence is now in position, just need the slabs laid before 11th March.

Well Mostin I have ordered from Wernlas a double-laced Barnvelder, a cream legbar and a Silver-Grey Dorking - so I cannot wait now.

Two weeks to go! Omlet are delivering when the Cheltenham Gold Cup is on (we live in the same village as the racecourse), so I hope they do not get stuck in traffic!
