aaronmusgrove123 Posted March 9, 2009 Author Share Posted March 9, 2009 thanks, she was the same age as sarahs i think about 8 month maybe younger she was looking poorly like tired and she was limping i dont know how but im going down to storrs poultry in a month for a lavander and partridge still doesnt replace her but owell what can you do everything must die i found her just at the exit of the eglu with her head under the roosting bars she was very weak. i think they knew she would die because they didnt leave the eglu for 3 days then when she died they where straight out poor thing thankyou though Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I had he same problem as you finding Pekins up here so I have bought an incubator and am starting to hatch my own. All going well I will have Pekins for sale in the Summer and plan to have solid colours such as Lavender, Lemon, Blue, Buff and some Cuckoo varieties of the Lemon and Lavender. I am also trying to get Silver Partridge and hopefully breed from my Gold Partridge. I am getting all of my eggs from Perfect Pekins to start with to ensure the highest quality.
