millymollymandy
I am not happy just been to the cinema to see Star Trek and had to walk out because of sound issues Very annoying as OH has been counting down the days till it was out and was really looking forward to it and it was ruined. I think a speaker was blown OH heard it first and wanted to go as soon as it started but I tried to make him stay I was looking forward to it but about 5 mins in it awful so walked out and complained. The staff were nice about it but it was the second time in a week we had problems. Wolverine had issues on another screen which they told us they had to close after we saw it I think we are cursed The good thing is we are going to see it on another screen tomorrow as we have unlimited cinema tickets fingers crossed. Think a snotty letter is in order tomorrow but for now i'm going to eat the popcorn I took with me and didn't get chance to eat grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Seagazer
Phew I thought you were going to say it wasn't very good as well. I'm hoping to persuade my OH to go with me, I'm the trekky fan (I really strangely like the Spock chap as well, Sila from Heroes ) Let us know what you think of it. I think we are off to see Wolverine this weekend.
Jules.
I must have my head in the clouds as I didn't even know the film was out yet Did anybody use to fancy William Shatner when he was Captain Kirk? What must you all think of me?
A chickychickychick-ENN!!
Jules no. good grief, no! Now, Zachary Quinto and Simon Pegg. If you could splice the pair of them into one, that would be my dream geek.
Valkyrie
I so want to see it. I rather liked Doc because he was funny, but fancied Chekov. The new Spock even sounds like the old one - much more fanciable too! I hope you get to see it properly this time, MMM.

Seagazer
Just realised that McCoy is played by the chap with the long blond hair in Lord of the Rings (not Orlando Bloom) Karl Urban.

Seagazer
I think McCoy definitely would look better with a long blonde wig and a bit of grubbiness Thanks for the photos of Spock as well.... Hope your chook gets better Millymollymandy.
