Scotland in the snow in June - sounds good eh! -- Blooming cold though - fleeces brought out again.

 

Its now 10p.m. and its 7 degrees and thunder in the distance so really we have had the lot. I feel I will have to put on the run covers properly tomorrow as no fear of being too hot now.

Almost the same here, but not lashing just steady rain. We have had plenty of rain overnight, which is good for my newly seeded lawn :D

 

I was so pleased when it started raining yesterday, I dashed out with my box of grass seed and was happily scattering it around :oops::D

Absolutely belting it down here. :( Quite worrying actually as it's only been raining for 40 minutes and already there's a huge puddle in our little cul-de-sac. There is definitely going to be some flooding in Devon today. :anxious:

 

Thunder & lightning also. :anxious:

Well the mini glow didn't last long, but it did dry up towards evening and although the sun tried a few more times, it couldn't break through. Early this morning I could hear very heavy rain, but it is sunny at the moment and some blue sky around - along with some yukky grey clouds.

I don't generally post on here as Koojie is only about a mile away from me and sums it all up nicely! However, just to say that I hope that the promised showers keep away as DD is playing cricket this morning. It doesn't look too promising though! :?

Rained all yesterday apart from a short break in the evening and it looks like it's going to rain all day today! :(

 

Ditto! but then we are both in Birmingham :D Did you have hail at around 9am? I was in the garden so went and sat in the covered run with the hens and chicks, who all promptly tucked their heads under their wings and went to sleep :D

Yesterday was a very rainy day :shock: ! Not as heavy as some of you seem to have had but constant and lots of it! It cleared up bit towards the end of the day with a bit of sunshine about but I think we had more drizzle overnight...

 

It's quite a promising start to the day today but there are plenty of clouds lurking... a bit cooler than of late too.
