There was a superb sequence at the beginning of 'Casino Royale' (I think) of this & it took my breath away.

The french chap is the one from casino royale. He also (with his team) did a really cool program on channel 4 about freerunning around london. Can't remember what it was called, but they basically parkoured over a load of famous london monuments and places of interest. I have to say I always thought he was abit godlike, but this english chap makes him look clumsy...stunning.

I wouldn't worry too much about conversation Claret! He was eye candy wasn't he? I LOVE watching Parkour - the main HQ for PK UK is based near me and I actually saw a couple of guys on my way to work doing it once - nowhere near this guys level, but still amazing to watch
