I'd never thought of freezing them Clare, do they freeze, and more importantly thaw OK? Might be worth doing that for packed lunches, out of the freezer in the morning and after a morning in warm classrooms should be nicely chilled by lunch time

I've frozen them before and they seem alright afterwards. I made ice lollies with them in the summer - went down a treat
