Does anybody ever feel ..... Part # 8

Recommended Posts

They are very little, and still very sweet. We asked them if they were having any problems at school, and one boy put his hand up and said that there we were scaring him. Oh dear.

Actually, I'd better be off now, I have to print off my textiles! lol

Good morning Friends :D

Last day of freedom today then Laura

Where are you doing your work placement? That sounds cool, I would have loved a chance to do that when I was at college (however, I did work on the checkouts and stacking shelves at co-op when I was in college, so was that a work placement? )

Good morning and good luck.

OH didn't sleep very well last night - for that matter neither did I - I think I dropped off around 2.30. But after listening briefly to his nightly variety show, he got a bit of a pummelling. That'll teach him to turn round to me and say "it's not my problem". So as it seems to be my problem I am acting on it by waking him up thereby making it a problem for him. Advantage Koojie. Now if he goes to the docs to sort it out I'll have game set and match. I've tried the soft approach - now I'm getting tough. Or jiggy with it na na na na.

I am feeling good today but tired. However, that is not down to my illness but rather that my next door neighbours were away for the night and left the dog at home (he sleeps in a kennel in the garden) and he barked ALL NIGHT, and I mean ALL NIGHT, he stopped and decided to sleep when the sun came up :x So I went outside and woke him up

Its not his fault, he shouldn't have been left on his own. I was tempted to bring him in, but he has been nasty to both Henry and Thomas before now so I didn't want to risk it.

I shall be having stern words with my neighbour.

Hope everyone has a good day today, it is glorious sunshine in South Wales today :D

OMG I forgot to mention.

I never knew hospitals had a photography department. I got sent there. It was a proper studio with a black backdrop and all the huge flashlights. First time I have ever posed with my wobbly bits on show though.

What a scary thought - somewhere there will be a file with those pictures in!!!!

I have my own "before" pic - I jetted the Cubes in a bikini the other day!

My hubby used to work in the photography department in our hospital, he now works in the Video department next door. Very useful we had the kids passport photos taken in the studio :D

It's Summer here today, I was out pulling up my blighted toms in a vest top earlier.

Danny cried going into school this morning 6.gif He'd been running round the yard with a couple of friends, then lost sight of me when the door opened, and panicked. I calmed him down and he went in, but then he raced out again crying. He did go in with the teacher in the end, and seemed ok. Think he's getting overtired.

Have you tried a pillow Koojie?

Not quite over the head yet - don't tempt me. I did push and pull his somewhat. I particularly did not like his many attempts to elbow me in the face in an effort to lie on his back in the middle of the bed. That was met with some rough treatment and a loud "don't you even try it matey" - that seemed to work for a while. Of course fuming away doesn't help you sleep either. :( Poor Debs, I know what that's like - the poodle next door when I was younger used to yap all night in the room next to my bedroom. The owners didn't even notice. So I went in with mum and dad used my room when he was on shift work. The dog barked all day too. When dad complained the woman told him to sleep in the garage instead! Fortunately we had new neighbours. Have no idea what they got up to, but dad always called the man "Maxwell" - and his silver hammer . . . because they were tapping on the walls a lot. Dad said that they were nailing the wallpaper onto the walls! Apparently the previous occupant allowed the dog to mess everywhere and they had to do a lot of renovating. But they were nice people.

Well my new crocs wellies have arrived :D

I have just been trialling them out the garden with a nice joint free ranging session. Having followed Mostins "Chicken Chess" approach, I can now let everyone out together

Romana did attempt to have a go at Ace, but in all honesty it was rather half hearted and well, quite frankly embarrassing

However, the excitement did hot up when I disappeared for 2 minutes and then re-appeared with some grapes. I was mobbed  Its the first time I have sat on the football seats in my run and have had all the Hybrids AND the Wernlas girls jumping on my lap, all at once :anxious: .

Remind me never to wear Cream Trousers into my WIR again

I really should attempt to do some things in the house, but quite frankly can't be bothered :P
